For this project, I had a week to design 4-row houses on a hypothetical site. All sites are the same hypothetical interior row house site, 17’ wide by 60’ deep. The site is flat and the first-floor plate is intended to be located 1.5’ above the sidewalk. I designed four adjacent row houses for a variety of household types that allow for potential differences in the plan.

The Row Houses are two or three stories in height, 1,200 -1,600 s.f. in size, and designed to accommodate a variety of household types. Each row house has a useable front porch and private outdoor space at the rear of the unit.
